Google Analytics 4 never stores a full IP address — it is only used briefly to determine an approximate location and is discarded immediately afterward. Contact form submissions are not stored in a database — they are received exclusively as an email in our inbox.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@wireon.nl. We respond to your request within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Our website is secured with SSL/TLS encryption on all communication. Contact form data is sent via a secure email provider and is not stored in a database.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
